Fresh off National Oyster Day, we’re keeping the shells popping with an August Chef & Shucker dedicated to Blue Pearls & Bubbles — an afternoon of oysters, sparkling wine, hands-on shucking, and chef-driven seafood.

You’ll get up close with the oyster that’s at the heart of Blue Island, learning what makes a Blue Pearl unique, how growing region and merroir shape its flavor, and what to look for as you taste and compare oysters from different waters.

Then it’s your turn to shuck.

Our team will walk you through the proper technique before Chef DJ takes things into the kitchen with a multi-course seafood tasting designed to pair with crisp, celebratory bubbles throughout the experience.
