The fourth stop in our Escape Coastal Dinner Series takes us to the sun-soaked shores of Southern Italy.

For one evening, settle into la dolce vita, Blue Island style — seafood on the table, Aperol Spritzes flowing, chilled rosé in the glass, and the bright flavors of lemon, tomato, Calabrian chile, and the sea.

Chef DJ Nagle’s family-style menu begins with a coastal seafood salad and freshly shucked Blue Pearl oysters before moving into baked rockfish finished with a stone crab Parmesan crust and cherry tomato acqua pazza, alongside ricotta-filled eggplant involtini.

And because no trip to the Amalfi Coast ends without something lemony, dessert brings olive oil cake with limoncello syrup, lemon jam, and vanilla bean Chantilly.

Throughout the evening, each course is paired for the occasion — beginning with Aperol Spritz Towers for the table, followed by Miraval rosé and a sparkling GH Mumm finish.
