Blue Island Oyster Bar in Cherry Creek invites you to enjoy a chef-crafted five-course menu, on the patio (moving indoors if weather requires), with each course paired to perfection.
Ticket Price: $125 (inclusive of gratuity, tax will be additional)

Our team, led by Director of Culinary, Jeff Armstrong, has curated pairings that spotlight late-summer produce alongside thoughtful pours—including house favorites and special guest selections—to create a balanced, seasonal progression from first sip to last bite.

The dinner will begin at 6:00 PM with an oyster and wine reception, followed by 4 paired courses promptly at 6:30 PM. Patio seating is weather-permitting; we’ll move indoors if needed.
Pairings may see minor adjustments based on availability to ensure the best possible experience.
Must be 21+ with valid ID to attend. Please drink responsibly—use a designated driver or ride-share when drinking.
