These seven variations are a great way to celebrate summer
Summer and lobster rolls go together like peanut butter and jelly so it makes sense that in the middle of July, even in landlocked Denver, one would seek out the best version of the east coast staple. Seafood centric staples of the Mile High City like the two decade old Jax Fish House or the three year old Stoic & Genuine get their goods flown in daily and prove that you can have fresh fish (and lobster) and eat it too.
Number 1: Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood
Not one but five varieties of lobster rolls are available at this Cherry Creek spot in addition to the classic roll. Get them daily for lunch or weekend brunch for $15.
